Scam artists! Do NOT deal with this company. Do not even get a bid from them. Do not let them in your house. If the slightest thing is wrong anywhere, they will report you to the authorities and make you spend the money to get it fixed. They are not there to help. They are there to create business for themselves.
My main drain was clogged and needed to be rodded out. I called Metcalf-Martin and they came out and cleared the blockage. There were no parts needed and no big repairs, I was charged $176.00 for 1 hour, labor only. When asked about my senior discount, that is only 10% and on parts only. They are scammers, and guilty of false advertising.
