I hope they will be more eager to make things right with future clients, but I am not happy with their services. This was a disappointing experience during this very sad time of loss.
Now ( 10a.m.) they're are asking if it's ok to wait until tomorrow?

Very disappointing experience. I specifically ordered a planter to be delivered on the 7th. It's bad enough they didn't check their orders before delivering to the funeral this morning and missed my order that was placed yesterday evening.
Love John & Joe Florists..... I go there every year for my flowers and garden plants. I get the best tomatoes ever, some even have small tomatoes on them already.... All their plants are top quality!
I was amazed by their fast service and beautiful arrangement. I called from out off town to order flowers to brighten the day of a family member. They made her rough day a little brighter.
